Treasures/Aarteita

A big part of our holiday was collecting small treasures on the beach. Finding seashells, crabs and other wonders brought ashore by the sea was truly enjoyable. That is something we cannot do on our beaches by the lakes.

Suuri osa lomaamme oli pienten aarteiden keräily rannalta. Mahdollisuus löytää simpukankuoria, näkinkenkiä, rapuja ja muita merenihmeitä rannalta on elämys sisämaajärvien keskellä kasvaneille.

Beach life/rantaelämää

After too many years only in Finland, we finally had the means to have a holiday trip. Our destination was the northern Denmark and a summer house we rented there with friends. Denmark stole quite a bit of my heart. I really want to go there again. The holiday was spend so that the kids were kept as happy as possible. That meant lots of beach life and a bit too little city life with shopping and museums. But all in all, I'm happy!

Liian monen vain kotimaassa vietetyn loman jälkeen, meillä oli vihdoin mahdollisuudet tehdä kunnon lomareissu ulkomaille- Tanskaan. Autoilimme Ruotsin läpi Pohjois-Tanskaan ystävien kanssa vuokrattuun lomakotiin. Ihastuin maahan ja haluan ehdottomasti sinne uudelleen. Loma vietettiin siinä hengessä, että lapset pysyvät mahdollisimman tyytyväisinä. Rantaelämää tuli siis vietettyä paljon enemmän kuin kaupunkielämää kaupoissa ja museoissa kierrellen. Kuitenkin olen oikein tyytyväinen!
