Mail day/ Postipäivä

Today was a really good mail day. I received two lovely packages. The first one I really want to show you, because there were so nice things in it and it was my first ever give away win. A couple of weeks ago Erika from Mikodesign held a give away in order to have a kick start for her Magazine Mondays. A magazine lover like me couldn't resist the possibility of getting a copy of Ariadne at home Kinderen and luckilly I was one of the two winners. I was waiting for a magazine, but received a lot more: a key-ring (which replaced my old one imediately), gift bags and pencils, which my daughter is wishing to have, but I would like to keep them aswell (will have to share). Thank you Erika for your generosity! The lovely babushka prints are designed by her. So hurry up and go to see her blog and Etsy shop right away, there's a lot more to see.

Tänään oli todella hyvä postipäivä. Loorassa odotteli kaksi ihanaa pakettia.

To get this other parcel, I had to invest some money aswell. I wanted to have another Japanese Home Sweet Craft magazine and this time placed my order on alittlegoodness Etsy-shop. The magazine and the tapes I had ordered were beatifully packed and there was as an extra a piece of lovely fabric. I really should be cleaning the house and baking, because a couple of friends are coming over tomorrow, but I'm quite tempted to stay with my new magazines instead (or as it seems blogging about it).

Toisen paketin saamiseksi oli sitten pitänyt avata hieman kukkaron nyörejäkin. Halusin japanilaiselle Home Sweet Craft lehdelleni seuralaisen, joten laitoin tilauksen tällä kertaa vetämään alittlegoodness Etsy-shopista.

Thanks for a good tip for the Japanese magazines. I have been wanting one for a long time. But I also have to figure out some money to do it.

Hi there what a lucky girl you are winning the give away. I have read about these japanese magazines but have never seen one in reality yet. There seems so many to chooses from that I am not sure where to begin. The tape with the animals on is so sweet, what will you do with it? Dev X

Bohemian girl: You'll have to be careful with this one. Once you get started, it's hard to stop. It is funny, how most of the ideas in those magazines are already familiar, but they are interpreted in such a fresh way, that they seem totally new.

Dev:It was quite a thrill, getting the package. I guess there is no surefire way of choosing a japanese magazine, but until now I've managed to make blind orders which I've liked. I'm not sure yet, where to put the dog trim, because it's so sweet. It has to be something small, since I've got only 50cm of it.
